I was born in Mexico, but when I was younger my family and me migrated to the United States. I have not lived in Iowa for the entirety of my life but I have lived in Iowa for a majority of my life. However, I did struggle with a lot of first generation issues as well as my immigrant status. My life goal has always been to give back to my community. I have had the privledge to get far in my life already and I want to help others achieve things that they never thought they would/ could do.
